Givenchy Spring-Summer 2015

Ricardo Tisci impressed the audience in Paris with his stunning monochrome collection for Givenchy, a pale pink leather dress being the only colorful exception. Fierce black dresses with corseted bodices and lacy sheer skirts dominated, showing Tisci's ability to put two very different styles into one perfectly. The extremely fine lace showed genius craftmanship. All outfits were paired with skin tight, thigh high leather boots, letting us know the focus should be entirely on top. Balmain Spring 2015

Olivier Rousteing’s creations wooed the audience at Paris Fashion week, showing very bold and sexy pieces. In his words: "That’s what my collection is all about, there is nothing wrong in saying that sexy today is modern..". Multiple see-through garments, using hard (plastic) and soft transparent fabrics; lots of crystals, leather and sequins. Overall it is a very graphic and bold collection, modeled by the likes of Kendall Jenner and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. See for yourself :)

OOTD: Black Satin

Once again I found a real treasure at the thrift shop - gorgeous satin shirt dress that I basically don't want to take off. :D I have a huge crush on this one - lovely material and a beautiful silhouette - what more could I want? As usual, it is too big for me, but a proper belt does wonders. Donna Karan Fall 2014

Soo, I just got back from university and therefore I am able to blog again! I am planning on flooding you with blog posts.. Since it has been Fashion Week time for a while now, I've browsed a lot of shows and of course, I have my favorites. But before I start with the collections, that were just shown around the globe, I'd like to show you Donna Karan's Fall 2014, 30th anniversary, ready-to-wear, since fall is already settling in. This collection really showcases Donna Karan's signature style - very well structured, yet soft and feminine. Amazing evening gowns, made from beautifully draped chiffon and paired with blazers and coats, that add just enough masculinity and a whole lot of confidence to the look! Here are my favorite pieces:

OOTD: Last Days Of Summer

My boyfriend bought me this gorgeous dress as an anniversary present and I am in love with it! I hope there are more sunny days to come before fall (it's raining like crazy here all the time..) so I can wear it again.
There a big chance there won't be any blog updates for the next two weeks, since I am going to university and I don't know if I'll be able to blog at all.. But I promise, when I return I am going to flood you with posts!  Wish me luck, cause I am 90% sure I'll hate uni.. :D
